All content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment brokerage, or a recommendation to buy or sell specific assets.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is formed once a user purchases a subscription via Whop, the website, or another authorized channel.
By completing the purchase, the user accepts these Terms & Conditions.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices valid at the time of purchase apply.
All prices are exclusive of the statutory VAT of currently 19 %.
Payments are processed exclusively through approved providers such as Whop, Stripe, PayPal, or credit card.

5. Access and Use

After successful payment, users receive access to the purchased digital content (e.g. analyses, reports, signals) by email or via the platform.
Access is strictly personal and may not be shared, published, or resold.
Violations may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As digital content is provided immediately after purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun (§ 356 (5) BGB).

For subscriptions, the duration, renewal, and cancellation terms specified in the product description apply.
Cancellations may be made via the user’s account or by contacting the provider directly.
